Design Life
After a short stay at advertising agency Springer & Jacoby's Film Unit Daniel worked five years at Motiondesign Studio Sehsucht in Hamburg, starting as an Intern and quickyl becoming an Art Director / Motiondesinger / Lead Artist working for clients such as Audi and Mercedes-Benz. After five years he decided to go freelance. In the commercial film production pipeline design & look definition is very important, but also its execution needs sensitive tweaks. Daniel is addicted to fine-tune and optimize the look from the first styleframes until the finalization of each project—mostly TV commercials, high-resolution LED-walls for international auto fairs and TV Station IDs. He is an expert in Adobe After Effects and Trapcode Software (his particle work has been featured on Trapcode's Demo Reel with projects for Audi, Magnesia, Tetley Tea, Roshen and Unicredit). Daniel was involved in several projects awarded at Cannes Lions, ADC, Red Dot, D&AD & others—lately ADC Gold for Audi „Light Strings“.
